We reserve the right to display any of our design work that was done for previous clients, including logos or any other type of design in our showcase portfolio, or 3rd party showcase or portfolio pages.

Client has an option to contact us and ask to remove and not display any of the work that we did for that client. The purpose of the showcase is show examples of our previous design work. Existing or past clients can contact us and ask for removal of the work we did for them from our showcase. We can be notified directly by sending a request to [email protected]. We will do our best to remove all of the work that we did for the client after receiving the request for removal.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. You and Shasta iImageDesign.com are independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.

SECTION 23 – FEES

You encounter no fees in being a “user” of this site. You are only liable to pay when you have chosen product and placed an order. If payment is not made, we reserve the right to cancel the order without letting you know. If payment is made, we will happily begin your order. The estimated stock, shipment, delivery dates on the site are intended to help iImageDesign.com and the users expect when the product will be delivered to the user. No claim in any form, monetary or non-monetary, can be made against iImageDesign.com (including its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, owners, directors, attorneys, agents and employees) if the dates are not met.

SECTION 24 – DELIVERY OF PRODUCT

By placing an order on our site you agreeing to the following terms. The turnaround delivery times on our site is an expected delivery time only. Although experience suggests the expected delivery time is very accurate, it is not, however, guaranteed that the delivery time will be always be met. There are various factors that can affect delivery time which can take up to 8 days. You are fully aware of the delivery time terms set out here and therefore no chargeback claims can be awarded in any circumstances until 8 day period has fully passed.

SECTION 25 – REFUND POLICY

iImageDesign.com offers a 100% money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason after placing your order but prior to receiving the final revision(s) of your logo(s), you can request a full refund. We will contact you for additional information and allow you up to 30 days to respond to our request. Refunds may take up to 21 days to process. If you fail to respond within 30 days, iImageDesign.com will provide the final revision(s) of your logo(s) and deem your project completed. At this point, iImageDesign.com will have no further obligation to you and will keep your payment pursuant to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

The final revision(s) of your logo(s) are contained in a high-resolution file that we provide at the end of the revision process. No refunds will be issued after this high-resolution file has been sent. No refunds will be issued to design firms or those who order our design services on behalf of another entity. Furthermore, iImageDesign.com reserves the right to terminate your access to all or a portion of our services at any time, with or without notice. In the event of such termination, iImageDesign.com will determine, in its sole discretion, whether or not you are

SECTION 26 – REVISIONS

The purchase of any logo design package at iImageDesign.com includes 10 revisions and redraws for a period of 14 days from the time the initial designs are delivered. Revisions may include additional cost if client request a redraw of a design that is completely different from original design. Unlimited revisions apply only to corrections of an alignment, symmetry, correction of any mistakes made on our part. Other than that, revision requests are limited to 10 revisions after delivery of the initial design concepts. Anything past that point will require additional payments. Each revision requires labor which cost money and time.

Except as explicitly stated otherwise, any notices shall be given by email to the email address you provide during the registration process. Notice shall be deemed given 24 hours after email is sent, unless the sending party is notified that the email address is invalid. entitled to any refund.
